Ashley Dennis is a laboratory quality and accreditation specialist with extensive experience developing and managing high-performing laboratory quality systems. She founded Lab Accreditation & Quality Partners to help laboratories build practical, effective quality management systems that support accreditation, regulatory compliance, and reliable analytical results.

Ashley brings a unique combination of scientific expertise, laboratory leadership, and quality management experience. She has spent her career working directly within laboratory environments, giving her a deep understanding of the operational challenges laboratories face when implementing accreditation standards.

Most notably, Ashley led the successful transformation of the quality laboratory at IFF’s Clackamas facility into an ISO/IEC 17025 and AOAC accredited laboratory. This effort involved designing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system aligned with internationally recognized accreditation standards. Her work included establishing document control systems, developing standard operating procedures, implementing corrective and preventive action processes, conducting internal audits, and preparing the laboratory for external accreditation assessments.

Ashley has particular expertise in laboratories supporting the dietary supplement industry, where regulatory expectations, analytical complexity, and data integrity requirements demand strong and well-structured quality systems. She understands the challenges laboratories face when testing dietary supplements for identity, potency, contaminants, and compliance with evolving industry standards.

Prior to founding Lab Accreditation & Quality Partners, Ashley served as a Laboratory Manager, where she oversaw laboratory operations, quality systems, analytical testing programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Her leadership focused on building strong quality cultures and ensuring laboratories consistently produced reliable and defensible data.

Ashley’s consulting approach is rooted in real-world laboratory experience. She works closely with laboratory leadership and staff to design quality systems that not only meet accreditation requirements but also support efficient and effective laboratory operations.

Through Lab Accreditation & Quality Partners, Ashley provides consulting services to laboratories seeking ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, AOAC compliance, and stronger quality management systems.
